All about me: I'm a vibrational energy coach. I do energy coaching at the Learning Light in Anaheim on Monday nights. You may also have known me from The Owl's Lantern in Fullerton (now closed).
The work I am doing is called Perpetual Spirit Living energy work.What does that mean?
This means I coach clients on how to recognize, accept and release negative emotions and patterns. I teach clients to be aware of the negative energy patterns that exist in all of us and to reconnect to inner wisdom via internal processes. This involves energy protection, cleansing and letting go of old outdated beliefs; to move into an energy that matches what you want to achieve; to facilitate a conscious process of ascension to your optimal life path. I assist clients in learning to trust - see the value of one's own intuitive, inner guidance - build stronger the connectedness to all things. This is consistent with not only spiritual wellbeing, but mental, emotional and physical wellbeing as well. This makes my work not only interesting and different, but uniquely able to address issues with people who are ready to really make a difference in their own lives.
The purpose of my sessions is to work with you and the change you want to make. I provide information that helps you help yourself by identifying and processing negative energy patterns that keep you from being your best possible self. I help recognize emotions and the how each emotion is layered into feelings, thoughts, beliefs and habits. When you make that connection between the feeling and the behavior, amazing things can happen.
Obviously, that is a long term process. However, please don't worry that this locks you in to long term with me. The basics can quickly be done independently, and there are several Perpetual Spirit Living Practioners available. Most clients do the bulk of their work independently and come back when they have an area where they feel they'd like some help.
