What to expect when you come in:

When we first meet, I'll ask you if you have any specific questions or areas on which you would like to work. I request that payment be made when you first arrive. I recommend you bring pen and paper so that after the session is over, you'll have a better sense of what we went over in the session.  I normally will ask you to get comfortable and to ground your energy so that you can get the most out of the session. Normally, I will take a few moments to clear the energy of the room and connect to my guidance. I do the majority of the talking during the session. I don't usually ask additional questions, but I will ask if what I am saying makes sense to you. It's fine to ask for clarification of what I said. An example of a good question to ask is "do you mean this?" That way I will have a sense of how you are understanding what is being said, and that you are processing the information. Please note that I do not do mediumship (speaking to those who have already crossed over). At the end of session, I normally make a few recommendations as to what you can do in your daily life to continue to feel calm, grounded, and help you to connect to your own guidance. This "homework" helps keep you moving forward in the direction you desire.

Vibrational wellness is about energy cleansing, processing and releasing. This is needed because if negative energy is not processed, it is stored, leading to negative patterns. This process greatly assists people in knowing what they want, as opposed to my telling you what you should do. My belief is that this process is designed to help you be true to who you are.
